University of Southampton Delhi is the India campus of the University of Southampton, a Russell Group university ranked #81 globally (QS 2025). The campus is located in the International Tech Park, Gurugram, Haryana, and admitted its first cohort of approximately 170 students in August 2025.

This is an International Branch Campus (IBC), not an independent Indian university. The degrees awarded are University of Southampton (UK) degrees. The campus is regulated by the University Grants Commission of India under the UGC (Foreign Higher Educational Institutions in India) Regulations, 2023 — the first foreign university to receive a UGC Letter of Intent under this framework, in August 2023. Undergraduate (3 years each)

• BSc Computer Science: Covers algorithmics, data management, AI, networks and security, programming. Higher entry requirements than the business programmes (CBSE/CISCE 82% with 85% in Maths).

All programmes incorporate Southampton’s “Successful Futures” employability curriculum. Students have the option of short-term study visits to Southampton’s UK and Malaysia campuses during the programme.

Entry requirements for all programmes include English language: IELTS 6.5 overall (6.0 in all components for UG; 6.5 in reading and writing, 6.0 in speaking and listening for PG), or equivalent.

The campus is located at the International Tech Park, Gurugram (Haryana).
