The institution holds EFMD Global and BSIS memberships, which are industry association memberships, not regulatory approvals.

What Masters’ Union offers instead is an entirely industry-led educational model. Classes are taught by practitioners — CXOs, consultants, and industry leaders from McKinsey, Bain, Google, and similar organisations rather than traditional academics. The institution reports 250+ CXOs visiting campus annually.

The flagship program is the PGP in Technology & Business Management (16 months). The institution has expanded to include multiple PGP specialisations and undergraduate programs, some with international dual-degree options through Illinois Tech (USA) and Griffith University (Australia).

Masters’ Union is designed for students who prioritise industry outcomes and corporate network access over formal academic credentials. The typical applicant is:

• A graduate (for PGP) or 12th-pass student (for UG) who wants a management education focused on practical skills and direct industry engagement
• Someone who values placement outcomes and corporate exposure over the traditional university degree structure
• A student comfortable with the regulatory trade-off: no government-recognised degree in exchange for intensive industry-led training and strong corporate connections

Masters’ Union reports placement data audited by Brickworks Analytics (the same auditor used by IIM Ahmedabad). The PGP 2025 cohort reported an average CTC of ₹33.39 LPA with a median of ₹27.79 LPA (mastersunion.org/careers/placements). These figures are strong, but students should understand they are achieved through the institution’s corporate network, not through a recognised degree.

Students should seriously consider: If you may ever need a formally recognised degree — for government employment, further academic study at institutions requiring accredited degrees, or visa/immigration purposes that require degree verification — Masters’ Union certifications may not meet those requirements. Discuss this explicitly with the admissions team before enrolling.

Campus and infrastructure

Masters’ Union operates from DLF Cyberpark, Tower A & C, Sector 20, Udyog Vihar Phase II, Gurugram — a 35,000 sq. ft. campus embedded within Gurugram’s corporate district. The location is deliberate: the campus is 750 metres from Cyber City Metro station and surrounded by Fortune 500 company offices.

The urban, corporate-adjacent campus is very different from a traditional university setting. There is no large campus, sports ground, or residential hostel in the conventional sense. The learning model emphasises industry proximity and real-world project work.
